Metcash Limited in Cairns is seeking a hands-on Customer Support Manager to lead outbound warehouse operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will guide loaders, pickers and the administration team to ensure safe, timely and reliable service for customers.

This role requires a minimum of five years in an operational leadership position, a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
