Our client, a key agency in Australia's national security and intelligence sector, require the services of a Senior Project Officer.

Duties of the Senior Project Officer:

- Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and delivery of project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Provide project governance and secretariat support, including the preparation of agendas, meeting papers, minutes, action register, and governance reporting.
- Monitor project deliverables and assist in tracking progress against agreed timelines and objective.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordination activities, and support project outcomes.
- Contribute to the identification and management of project risks, issues and opportunities and assist with change management, quality assurance, and advantages realization activities as required.

Skills and experience required:

- Demonstrated experience preparing regular project status reports, dashboards, briefs,



and presentations materials for stakeholders and governance forums;
- Demonstrated experience supporting financial admin activities, including budget tracking, procurement coordination, and resource reporting;
- Demonstrated experience maintaining project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision logs to support effective project oversight and control;
- Certificate or Diploma in Project Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
