The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will assist in daily pastry preparation, produce high-quality desserts and breads, and support culinary teams across restaurants, banquets, Club Lounge and events.

With a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie, you will bring a passion for pastry, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a luxury hotel workplace.
