We're working with a highly respected, independent law firm specialising in complex commercial disputes, class actions, insurance and high-value litigation.

The firm is looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a caseload. They're looking for an individual who can grow with the business, work on sophisticated litigation and potentially progress into a salaried partnership position.

Whether you're an experienced Associate ready for more responsibility or a Senior Associate beginning to think seriously about partnership, we'd love to have a conversation.

The opportunity

You'll be working closely with an experienced senior litigation lawyer on challenging, strategically significant disputes, with genuine opportunities to influence the direction of cases and develop your career.

Your work could include:

- Complex commercial litigation and high-value disputes.
- Class actions and large-scale multi-party proceedings.
- Insurance-related disputes and risk matters.
- Managing litigation strategy from initial instructions through to resolution.
- Preparing pleadings, evidence, applications and other key litigation documents.
- Working alongside counsel, experts and sophisticated commercial clients.
- Developing relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.





This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical challenges of litigation but also wants greater autonomy, responsibility and exposure to the commercial side of running a successful legal practice.

Who are we looking for?

We're particularly interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in commercial litigation, ideally involving class actions, group proceedings or substantial, complex disputes.

You'll ideally bring:

- Solid commercial litigation experience gained within a reputable law firm.
- Experience handling complex or high-value disputes.
- Exposure to class actions or significant multi-party litigation would be highly desirable.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to manage client relationships and take ownership of your work.
- A collaborative, commercially focused approach.
- Ambition, drive and a genuine interest in progressing your career.

We're open to speaking with talented lawyers from Associate level upwards, particularly those who feel ready for a new challenge.
