Junction Support Services in Wodonga is seeking a Homes First Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness to secure and maintain safe, reliable housing. You will work within Housing First, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice, developing support plans and advocating for access to health and community services.

You will collaborate with the Homes First team and external providers, maintaining client choice, cultural safety and accurate records.
