The Coles Group is seeking a Coles Services Team Leader. In this role you’ll lead a team on the shop floor, coach staff, and ensure stores stay clean, secure, and welcoming. The position may involve multi-site leadership across multiple stores within the region, providing hands-on leadership and operational oversight.

You’ll coach teammates, maintain high standards, and balance store priorities while actively supporting customers and daily operations.
