Xavier College is seeking an experienced OSHC & Vacation Care Director for the Riverlea Park Campus. The founding staff member will lead the service from January 2027, overseeing programs, staffing, enrolments, budgets, and compliance across 37.5 hours per week during 48 weeks of the school year.

The role requires ACECQA-approved qualifications, robust leadership and stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to safe, inclusive environments for children.
