We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Echuca boutique. You will be the primary person running the store, with ongoing support, mentoring and guidance from the business owners. This full-time position operates Tuesday to Saturday, with reduced Saturday trading hours to support a healthy work-life balance. No public holiday work is required.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the boutique
- Provide outstanding customer service and styling advice
- Drive sales and store performance
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock control and inventory
- Handle store administration and daily reporting
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
