The Role

You’ll report to the Warehouse Manager and run the night shift. It’s a small, close team of 4, and you’ll keep things moving safely and accurately. That means getting orders picked and dispatched on time, deliveries received properly, and stock stored and rotated the right way, so customers and our other teams get what they need.

Hours: 9pm to 5am

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example and help the team hit its targets and quality standards
- Coach, guide and supervise your team through the shift
- Coordinate receiving, picking and dispatch so orders go out accurately and on time
- Look after stock rotation, storage and inventory
- Check inbound deliveries are received correctly and promptly
- Plan who does what so daily volumes get done
- Support our Manufacturing team
- Keep everyone working safely and following procedures
- Complete daily reports and send them to the right people
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- Help with general admin when needed
- Back up the Warehouse Manager when required

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years’ experience as a Team Leader, ideally leading pick/pack staff
- Experience with Excel and WMS systems
- A good understanding of inventory management
- Comfortable moving between ambient and cold storage areas
- Clear communication and a good way with people
- Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, use your initiative and stay on top of a busy workload
- Warehousing or Logistics qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
