Peoplecorp is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services within a large and complex operating environment.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, this role will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function, leading a team of payroll professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, whilst driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement. THE CRITERIA

To be successful, you will bring extensive payroll management experience gained within a large, complex organisation,



ideally with exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
Experience working with complex payroll and HR systems is essential, with exposure to Dayforce, Kronos, Workday or ServiceNow highly regarded.
You will be a confident and cooperative leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to drive process improvement. This chance will suit a hands on Payroll Manager who enjoys balancing operational delivery with broader payroll transformation and service optimisation.
