Laundry Operations:

- Operate washing machines and dryers
- Sort, wash, dry, fold linen and replenish stock.
- Ensure all rooms have the required linen after each booking
- Soak any linen overnight if required

Quality Control :

- Inspect Linen for marks and stains, damage, wear and tear and report as necessary.
- Ensure all cleaned items meet standards for quality and presentation.

Cleaning of Rooms

- Ensure all rooms are stocked with all the necessities for the commencement of bookings.
- Maintaining high level of cleanliness in each room
- Changing Bins
- Topping up bodywash
- Restocking tissues and toilet paper as required
- Ensuring all spas are running efficiently and are clear and temperature is set correctly.

Venue Duties





- Ensuring all common areas are cleaned and or sanitised.
- wiping down of benches

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with reception to meet the daily linen and laundry requirements
- Report to management any changes, stock and inventory

Qualifications:

- Experience in Laundry highly regarded
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to handle tasks, standing for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional service
