Odyssey House NSW is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join the Community Living Supports (CLS) program. The role delivers adaptable, person-led support in line with each consumer's plan and collaborates with their chosen supports to promote recovery and community integration.

You will review progress with families or carers where consent is given, remain emotionally resilient, and work with a multidisciplinary team to adapt services as goals evolve.
