We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, customize, enhance, and maintain Oracle PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate should have robust hands‑on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker, along with experience in application support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system integrations.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQR reports, and Application Packages.
- Work with PeopleTools to configure and enhance PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services.
- Create and maintain component interfaces, Application Designer objects, records, pages, components, and PeopleSoft processes.




- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical design documents.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Support production incidents, enhancements, patches, upgrades, and application maintenance.
- Follow development standards, version control practices, change management procedures, and documentation requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficiency in PeopleCode and PeopleTools.
- Experience with Application Engine and SQR.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
- Knowledge of records, pages, components, component interfaces, and processes.
- Experience with Integration Broker and application integrations.
