Edge Early Learning is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a close-knit team at our Peregian Springs centre. You will drive vision, culture, recruitment, budgeting and safety compliance in a buzzing early learning workplace.

You will oversee rostering, coaching, and continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory standards (NQS, EYLF, QKLG) are met. This role requires leadership and a passion for high-quality early education in Australia.
