Copacabana Medical Centre is a friendly family practice looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist who is proficient in Best Practice and has at least a basic understanding of MBS item numbers and billing.
To succeed in this role, you will be empathetic, friendly, able to work independently and as part of the team. Attention to detail and ability to multitask are must. You will be working with our friendly team of 3 GPs, 2 RNs, Practice Manager and admin staff.
Essential: reception experience, medical triage experience, proficiency using Best Practice, basic understanding of MBS items and billing.
Desired: current CPR Certificate, medical triage training, thorough understanding of MBS items and billing.
