Firesoft People is partnering with a growing software business to find an experienced Project Coordinator.
Working directly with the technology manager, you’ll coordinate projects, integrations and platform rollouts, keeping internal teams and external partners explicit on priorities, deadlines and next steps.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure to busy environments and seeing work through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping multiple projects on track, with clear schedules, milestones and responsibilities.
- Coordinating stakeholders, team leads and external partners.
- Following up on commitments, resolving blockers and flagging risks early.
- Giving the CTO clear updates on progress and decisions needed.
- Coordinating testing, launch readiness and handovers.
What you’ll bring:
- Around five years’ experience in project coordination, operations or similar work.
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence holding people to commitments and keeping priorities moving.
- The ability to learn new products, systems and processes quickly.
Software or integration project experience would be an advantage. Coding skills and formal qualifications aren’t required.
