About The Role

This role is responsible for providing after-sales support, identifying and interpreting spare parts diagrams, processing parts orders, and assisting customers and service agents with spare parts enquiries. Working closely with our service, warranty, and technical teams, you will play an important role in identifying the correct replacement parts, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.

You will;

- Interpret spare parts requirements using exploded diagrams, parts manuals, and technical documentation.
- Identify and recommend correct replacement parts for customers and service agents.
- Process spare parts orders accurately using internal systems.
- Respond to customer and service agent enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and product information.
- Provide updates on parts orders, deliveries, and service progress.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve positive customer outcomes

About You





You are a customer-focused and technically minded professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering exceptional service. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, possess strong computer literacy, and can quickly learn new systems and processes. Experience within the appliance, whitegoods, automotive, manufacturing, or related industries will be highly regarded.

You will also have;

- Previous spare parts interpretation experience, preferably within the appliance or whitegoods industry, advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, exploded diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Previous customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Solid computer literacy and confidence learning new systems and processes.
