As the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating a skilled team of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and more. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, driving productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the workshop.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a superior level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating.

Workshop Efficiency:

Requirements:

Automotive Industry Experience: Possess a strong mechanical background and in-depth expertise in automotive repairs. Previous experience in a high-volume dealership service department is highly advantageous.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills. Motivate and guide the team towards achieving common goals.
