Sully’s Rooftop at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is seeking a passionate Head Chef to shape the culinary identity, lead the kitchen team and deliver exceptional Queensland dining. You will design seasonal menus, manage operations, budgets and staff while aligning culinary strategy with business goals.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll ensure quality, consistency and hospitality excellence in a premium rooftop setting.
