As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and adaptable Sales Administration Assistant to support sales operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Administrator to support our marketing activities and manage day-to-day operations across our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. This role combines marketing content creation, product and inventory management, customer support, and sales administration. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while contributing to the growth of our online business.

Role Description





- Planning and creating promotional content for marketing campaigns
- Managing social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram
- Planning and executing monthly promotions, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Designing and creating banners and promotional materials for the official website
- Managing product listings, pricing, and inventory across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Maintaining product information, images, descriptions, and stock availability across e-commerce platforms
- Providing customer support and responding to customer enquiries
- Assisting with sales administration and day-to-day e-commerce operations
- Monitoring marketing campaign performance and e-commerce sales metrics

Requirements

- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Available for full time employment with valid work rights in Australia for at least one year
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, Amazon, or eBay, is an advantage
- Basic graphic design skills and experience creating marketing content are desirable
