Join our teams at our two hatted restaurants Reine & La Rue and Florentino! We are looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Located in the CBD and operating seven days a week, both venues offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork and genuine hospitality are at the centre of every service. This is an opportunity to build your career alongside experienced hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable restaurant experiences rooted in generosity, warmth, and care.

Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years’ experience bartending in premium restaurants or cocktail bars
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and contemporary cocktail techniques
- The ability to deliver consistent, high-quality drinks while maintaining speed and precision during busy service
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
- A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
