Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC in Chewton is seeking an HR Officer to coordinate end-to-end recruitment across the Loddon region and support rostering.

You will help current staff settle in, manage staff records, and provide timely advice on recruitment, pay and employment rules, with travel between prison sites.

A qualification in HR is highly regarded, with experience in HR systems such as CHRIS21 and a demonstrated ability to work flexibly with diverse teams.
