We’re seeking ambitious, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultants to build relationships, win new business and deliver outstanding results in a supportive, high-performing team. Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + super + uncapped commission, depending on experience. SustainHealth are able to provide sponsorship visas for individuals who already have 1 years’ experience in recruitment and a relevant degree or 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment and no degree.

However, you must first pass your probation period and meet a strict sales performance criterion to be eligible for visa sponsorship. Subject to government visa rules at the time of eligibility. Opportunities Available:

- Temporary & Contract Recruitment Consultants - Grow a high-volume desk, manage candidate and client pipelines, and drive consistent bookings, hours and revenue.
- Permanent Recruitment Consultants - Win new business, build long-term client partnerships and deliver successful permanent placements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Generate new business and build strong client relationships.
- Source, engage and place healthcare professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment process.
- Maintain active candidate and client pipelines.
- Achieve sales KPIs and drive placements and revenue.




- Keep accurate CRM records and work closely with Compliance.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

- Minimum 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 role.
- Confidence in business development, sales and relationship building.
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, coachable and team-oriented approach.
- Full Australian working rights and the ability to work from our Sydney CBD office.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; high-performing recruiters from other sectors are welcome.
