As part of the Global Portfolio and Project Management team, the Strategic PMO Manager Oceania will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oceania RTD and FBS Innovation pipeline, from ideation through post launch evaluation, aligning technical execution with business growth objectives.

Build and develop a high-performing NPD PMO team through coaching and training while enabling strong cross-functional collaboration across R&D;, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.

Partnering with Senior Leaders across the Globe, the Strategic PMO Manager Oceania will lead discussions between Innovation, Commercial, R&D;, Supply Chain, and other relevant internal and external global partners to improve processes, influence decision making, and limit implementation risk.

processes and decision-making to accelerate commercialization, strengthen accountability and reduce delivery risk.
