Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal for a reputable family law firm. The role supports a team of lawyers across civil litigation, workers' compensation, insurance law and general litigation, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will prepare, format and edit legal documents from dictaphone drafts, manage file and matter records end-to-end, and coordinate calendars and client appointments. Immediate start, full time 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
