The Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to support the delivery of a up-to-date enterprise learning platform. This opportunity will suit professionals with experience delivering LMS platforms, HR system integrations and digital learning solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders to provide a scalable, user-friendly platform that supports learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development across a complex organisational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of a Learning Management System solution.
- Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems, including HR and reporting platforms.
- Support learner management, learning program administration, reporting and record management capabilities.
- Configure multi-tenant environments and support data sharing across multiple stakeholder groups.
