Technology Business Analyst | Contract / Max Term Engagement Contract

FinXL is seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation consulting practice. In this engagement (offered as a Contract or Max Term Engagement Contract), you will become a key member of our team and be deployed with an Enterprise Insurance company on a high-profile transformation project. In this position, you will help lead an enterprise Knowledge Management re-platform initiative within a broader Contact Centre Transformation-transitioning legacy systems to a contemporary AI-enabled SaaS platform.

Responsibility

Bridge business objectives and technical solution delivery through strategic thinking and structured analysis

Elicit, analyse, and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the new platform

Assess current IT capabilities,



identify functional gaps, and design scalable technology-driven solutions

Collaborate across internal technology groups, enterprise stakeholders, and strategic SaaS vendor partners

Support delivery across MVP design, build, enterprise data migration, archiving, and system decommissioning

Align platform capabilities with wider contact centre transformation initiatives and organisational objectives

Partner with cross-functional business divisions to drive operational readiness and business adoption

Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Technology Business Analyst delivering complex enterprise software solutions

Demonstrated experience with knowledge management platforms, contact centre systems, or SaaS re-platforming

Robust exposure to AI-enabled software solutions or modern enterprise digital transformation programmes

Exceptional requirements elicitation, solution design, process mapping, and gap analysis capabilities

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with strategic SaaS vendors and systems integration partners

Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse business and technical teams

Prior consulting experience within enterprise insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is highly regarded
