About The Role

The Membership and Growth Manager will lead AMA (NSW)’s membership team to drive membership growth, member engagement, retention and customer service excellence. As a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, the Membership and Growth Manager will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and colleagues across the organisation. This is a high impact, broad and hands‑on role with the opportunity to directly contribute to the ongoing success of AMA NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the membership strategy to strengthen engagement, retention and growth while ensuring members receive a consistent, high-value experience.
- Proactively drive membership growth to meet AMA NSW targets.
- Track performance against growth, retention and member satisfaction targets, using insights to improve results.
- Lead and develop a high performing membership team fostering a culture of customer service and high performance through coaching, training and feedback
- Oversee membership operations, reporting and data quality to support informed decisions and a seamless member experience.
- Identify opportunities for growth in membership, partnerships and sponsorships
- Build trusted relationships with members, stakeholders and partners, representing AMA NSW
