At Twenty20 Tapas Bar & Restaurant we are a fast-paced kitchen with a tapas style menu looking for someone to help take our restaurant to the next level.

Located in Moe we open 7 days a week offering Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Chef who is passionate about food to join our team! The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality meals, maintaining high food safety standards and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Experience, reliability and a passion for great food are essential.

To be Successful You Will Have;

- Have a qualification as achef, as well as 2+ years experience in the industry
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
- Possess the ability to remain calm and work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced setting




- Have an extremely high level of care with the food you produce, including exceptional plate presentation
- Be reliable and punctual
- Good listening and communication skills
- Able to follow recipes, as well as produce ideas
- having an eye for detail and a passion for making quality products is a must
- Maintain a high level of OHS at all times
- Hold a current Victorian drivers license and have own transport

This is a fulltime position with availability of Days, Nights & Weekends being a must.

A Salary of 68-78K depending on what you can bring to the team.
