We're looking for a friendly, energetic and organised Community & Partnerships Coordinator to help us grow our connections, strengthen local partnerships and spread the word about what Country Therapy does. This isn't your typical desk job. One day you might be visiting a school or GP clinic, the next helping create a social media reel, organising a community event or joining our team on the road. You'll work closely with our management team, with plenty of prospect to bring your own ideas to the role.
Job Location: You would be needed to attend our Ballarat office at least 4 days a week
Key responsibilities
Getting out into the community by visiting stakeholders partnered with Country Therapy and build relationships
Growing partnerships by helping establish new connections with our various community partners
Joining an OT or allied health assistant in the community one day each week to understand their work and identify opportunities to share what Country Therapy does
Supporting information sessions, community education programs, networking events and local initiatives
Coordinating staff activities, team catch-ups, celebrations and occasional retreats
Maintaining partnership records, tracking referral opportunities and providing a short weekly update to management
About you
Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, sales, marketing or community engagement
Great communication skills and the confidence to approach new people
An outgoing, friendly personality and genuine interest in regional communities
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
An interest in social media, photography, video content or marketing (not essential)
Confidence using everyday computer systems and maintaining records
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across western Victoria
A National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them
Experience in healthcare, disability services, aged care or education would be helpful, but isn't essential
