The role rotates through RACF, HiTH, and CPCT ambulatory clinics, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold NMBA-approved Nurse Practitioner qualifications, be registered as RN Division 1, and have substantial palliative care experience with leadership
