The Strathmore Hotel in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join Verandah Bar & Dining. This hands-on role leads a busy kitchen team, delivering consistently high-quality food for diverse dining and events in a high-volume workplace.

Working with the Head Chef, you will drive menu development, monitor food and labour costs, ensure food safety and hygiene, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver superb customer experiences across all hotel dining venues.
