Sephora Australia is seeking a Store Manager for its brand new Blacktown store. This full-time role (38 hours) reports to the District Manager and supports an Assistant Store Manager while leading a team of Beauty Advisors and Department Managers to embody Sephora values.

You will drive a selling culture, develop talent, and use data to inform operational decisions. The role requires weekend availability and a hands-on leadership style in a quick-paced beauty environment.
