We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria, Sydney.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based sales position, focused on generating sales through telephone calls, emails and ongoing customer relationships.

You will work with our existing healthcare practitioner customers while actively identifying and developing current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively contact existing customers to generate repeat orders and increase sales.

- Develop new practitioner accounts through outbound calls and email communication.

- Follow up on sales enquiries, potential leads and inactive customers.

- Introduce Panaxea products,



promotions and educational opportunities to practitioners.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.

About You

- Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, account management or customer-focused sales.

- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.

- Strong sales ability, including converting enquiries into orders.

- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.

- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, natural medicine or supplements is advantageous but not essential.

- No formal medical or allied-health qualification required.

- Full Australian working rights.
