We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role involves handling customer bookings, customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing exceptional service through our integrated booking and dispatch communication systems.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience preferred. Training will be provided. Excellent communication and data entry skills necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Excellent communication and data entry skills.
- Polite and courteous manner on the phone.
- Customer service oriented.
- A positive team member.
- Available to work on a Rotating Roster. This includes Days, Afternoons and Night Shifts. Available to work weekends and Public Holidays including Christmas.
- Punctual.
