Temporary Hamper Production Helpers and Pick Packers

We are looking for temporary production staff for the busy Christmas period.

Required from 23rd November til 24th of December.
Training will begin week of 23rd November
Must be available minimum 2 - 3 shifts per week

Roses Only is part of an online retail group which specialises in delivering flowers and gifts. The group was established in 2007 and has expanded to become a national market leader.

About the role

We are looking for Fruit & Hamper production team members to work with us between 23/11/2026 to 24/12/2026 for the Xmas event period at our Arndell Park location, Sydney, NSW.

Training shifts will be completed during the week of 23/11/2026

Hours of operation are between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday

Working within our Arndell Park Warehouse; on a production line

To be successful you will need to:

Possess an eye for detail and take great pride in your work

Pick and Packing experience

Pick and Packing fruit hampers for orders

Fruit Hamper production - training will be provided

Hamper production - training will be provided

Warehousing and dispatch

Receiving and stocktaking

Dispatching fruit and floral orders

Ad hoc tasks required throughout the event period

You will have experience in…

Gifting and hamper production - is an asset but not required

Must have great attention to detail

Be enthusiastic and willing to take on any task necessary
