We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Accounting Officer to join the busy team at our modern Liverpool head office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this permanent full-time role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Coordinating all aspects of accounts receivable including processing invoices, bank reconciliations, liaison with vendors and maintaining debtor records





Managing the Accounts mailbox and incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner

Processing and coordinating fortnightly payroll and associated functions

Overseeing end to end petty cash and credit card processing including reconciliations

Assisting with BAS, month end, filing and archiving

Ad hoc projects, duties and reports as required

The successful candidate will hold:

Experience in a similar role, including payroll processing and AR

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Suite including Excel

A tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting (or you're working towards one)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

National Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
