Now we're looking for a Sales Cadet to join our team and gain hands‑on experience across property sales, customer care and client support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual looking to build a career in the residential property industry.

About the Role

Be the welcoming face of our display suite, creating a positive and professional first impression for prospective buyers.

Support customers throughout their property journey, from initial enquiries through to settlement.

Assist the Sales & Marketing Director and broader sales team with day‑to‑day administration, appointments and client communications.

Coordinate customer enquiries and help connect buyers and residents with the right team members.

Maintain the presentation and organisation of the display suite to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, existing buyers and residents within our growing community.

Gain hands‑on exposure to residential property development, sales, customer care and marketing activities.

About You





A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life.

Friendly, approachable and naturally customer‑focused.

Well organised with robust attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Professional, polished and takes pride in delivering great service.

Proactive and able to show initiative when managing tasks and supporting a busy team.

Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administration or real estate experience will be highly regarded.
