Construction Distribution Australia – Truganina VIC

Construction Distribution Australia (CDA) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Truganina.

In this hands-on role, you will support the Parts Department with customer and Service Team enquiries, order processing and warehouse operations. Working closely with the Parts Interpreter, Parts Manager and the Service team, you will help ensure the right parts are available when needed and customers receive prompt, reliable service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in machinery and parts, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

- Assist customers and workshop staff with parts enquiries
- Process parts orders, quotes, sales transactions and invoices
- Pick, pack and supply parts for workshop jobs and customer orders
- Receive, check and process incoming stock and freight
- Assist with supplier orders and follow up parts deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stocktakes
- Keep parts areas clean, organised and safe
- Work collaboratively with other departments to keep operations running efficiently

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to assist with warehouse duties
- Computer skills and the ability to learn parts systems
- A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn
- Driving Licence




- Forklift Licence (desirable)

Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, construction, automotive, or agricultural environment would be an advantage, but we are also interested in someone keen to develop their skills and product knowledge.
