Barwon Health is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join the McKellar Centre team in a part time role, 9:00am to 2:30pm on weekdays. The Clinical Pharmacist Grade 1 provides clinical and operational support, focusing on sub-acute services including rehabilitation, palliative care and geriatric pharmacy.
