About the role

The Senior Analyst reviews government land transactions to ensure the purchase, compulsory acquisition and sale of land comply with Victorian Government policy. The role provides expert advice, recommendations and guidance to government departments and agencies, helping them follow the correct processes and meet their obligations.

It also contributes to policy and procedure development, advises on changes to legislation, and supports senior leaders with reports and correspondence. By building robust relationships with stakeholders and promoting transparent, accountable decision-making, the role helps protect public funds and maintain confidence in government land transactions.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- Experience in the valuation of land and/or land acquisition is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated background and knowledge in government processes, policy development and land administration matters is desirable.
