Nearmap is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Public Sector) to oversee government accounts in mid-market and enterprise portfolios in Sydney. You will understand customer needs, engage to deliver measurable outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor to drive satisfaction and retention.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will identify churn risks and growth opportunities at scale, partnering with public sector clients to ensure successful outcomes and long-term relationships.
