What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant Mental Health setting
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Current NSW Health compliance
- Proven experience in mental health assessment, risk management, care planning and therapeutic interventions
- Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act and its practical application
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A person-centred approach to care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
