Tilley's Devine Café Gallery in Canberra's inner north is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and Owner in daily operation. You will lead a friendly front-of-house team, uphold our long-standing brand, and ensure service is consistent, welcoming and profitable.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise shifts, coordinate staff, assist with orders and service, oversee safety and cash handling, and maintain presentation.
