Sharp & Carter Legal seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month hybrid role, based in Melbourne. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will shape global legal strategy, oversee cross-jurisdiction contracts, manage data protection, and guide M&A; activities while mitigating risk.
You bring at least 8 years PQE in corporate/commercial law, proven in-house experience, and robust negotiation skills. JD or equivalent preferred, autonomous and collaborative across functions.
