About the role

Gemelli Group is looking for an experienced, creative and hands‑on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and direction across our growing portfolio of restaurants on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

You’ll work closely with our directors, lead our marketing initiatives and collaborate with our Social Content Creator to bring ideas, campaigns and brand experiences to life.

We don't just want someone who can plan marketing. We want someone who can make it happen.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across all Gemelli Group venues and brands.
- Plan and manage campaigns, promotions, new menu launches and brand activations.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budgets, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Take ownership of SEO, Google visibility and website updates using WordPress or similar platforms.
- Manage EDM campaigns, customer databases and email marketing.
- Coordinate professional photography and videography shoots.
- Identify and manage PR opportunities, media relationships, influencers and brand partnerships.
- Work closely with the Social Content Creator to ensure consistent, engaging content across all brands.
- Collaborate with directors, restaurant managers and chefs to identify marketing opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain brand consistency while allowing each venue to retain its own personality.

About you

You're organised,



proactive, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about hospitality, food and building brands.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or a multi‑brand business.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SEO, WordPress, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing successful marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Confidence managing EDM platforms, customer databases and digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple venues, campaigns and priorities.
- Experience coordinating creative teams, photographers, content creators and external partners.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills.
- A creative eye and an understanding of current marketing and social media trends.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools would be advantageous.
- The confidence to work independently, take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership, follows through and doesn't need constant direction to get things moving.
