Cullen Jewellery is seeking a Client Advisor to provide bespoke consultations and help clients discover or design dream pieces, in-person or online. This full-time role is based in Melbourne with Tue–Fri 9am–5pm and Sat 8am–4pm, plus alternating late nights and upcoming Sundays.
You will guide clients through jewellery selection, custom quotes, aftercare services, and promote the brand's ethical initiatives, while contributing to a team-oriented showroom environment.
