This role suits a new graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy. - Work alongside experienced physiotherapists with decades of expertise in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, in a team that values collaborative case discussion
- Structured one-to-one mentoring with Senior Physiotherapist Irwin Kim, an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in Clinical Pilates and strength and conditioning (S&C;) rehabilitation
- Regularly scheduled team professional development sessions that support your ongoing clinical growth
- A busy clinic with an established, loyal client base, offering many opportunities to refine your clinical reasoning, exercise prescription and hands-on skills
About the role
A varied caseload spanning recreational athletes, active adults and clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
A combination of 1:1 consultations and small-group exercise and Pilates sessions
Fully equipped treatment rooms, an on-site Pilates studio and a dedicated Strength and Conditioning space
Use of Cliniko for clinical notes and Physitrack for exercise programs, with training provided
Requirements for the role
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (minimum)
- Full AHPRA registration
What we are looking for
- A genuine interest in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy
- Solid foundations in manual therapy, exercise prescription and clinical assessment
- Clinical Pilates qualification or experience is highly regarded
- Motivated, proactive and keen to develop your own caseload within a supportive team
Remuneration
$75,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, based on experience
