Prospect Senior Architect to lead a Brisbane based boutique studio
A Brisbane based boutique architecture studio with a reputation for a strong design culture and project excellence ison the lookout for an ArchiCAD proficient 2IC / Senior Architect.You will have strong design sensitivity, exceptional client facing skills,experience leading projects and coordinating all the relevant consultants.
This role is suited for motivated individuals with a clear career progression planin place. Ideal candidates will havethe ability to take a project through to completion when required. You will become an integral member of a growing studio with the chance to work across a diverse mix of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients as the key point of contact
- Develop design options and present to client
- Actively contribute to the culture of the practice through collaborative design processes
- Have strong ArchiCAD skills to create full documentation packages
- Work on residential, education and commercialprojects from start to finish
Skills & experience
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience in education, residential or commercial projects
- Experience documenting in ArchiCAD is essential
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a small team and autonomously when required
