Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Supervisor to join our Brisbane depot team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (consisting of 15 team members). You will also ensure the Brisbane Administrative and Customer Service functions are efficiently maintained and appropriately structured to provide a consistently high level of Operational and Customer support.
The successful applicant will be customer focused (external and internal) and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the transport industry.

Key to your success in the role will include:
- Proven leadership skills of diverse teams within the transport industry
- Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and/or Management (highly desirable)
- Sound knowledge of transport and distribution of produce and other multi temperature food products
- Knowledge of Food Safety Principles including HACCP
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written at all levels
- Experience using Translogix, 2IC, MyChep & Loscam Online would be advantageous
- Good computer skills and knowledge
